1-If you have been previously refused for any Sponsorship application or have filed the same and matter is        pending with CIC or this is your second marriage you are NOT eligible for this program, Please contact

2-Following steps are required to start process on your case/matter.

(Please note that all cases are dealt by ELS afiliated experienced Canadian Counsels specialized in Immigration Laws and processed on first come first serve basis unless other wise time sensitivity is involved):

a- Initial assessment by submitting an online form on this page, (if you have not already got one..)
(This step may take 48 to 72 business hours depending upon individual case situation, Pleae send your assessment form today to begin the process)

Now client will have an option to choose from following planes to process application:
Do it your self ELS will professionally help you: $ 150.: (File your self) ELS Will send complete kit with required forms and professional tips/instructions to make sure there will be No mistake in completing application and supporting documents before submission)  If you choose this plane Please procedd directly to fee payment page via link at the bottom of this page and lets start the process to bring your in Canada Legally.

Let ELS Counsel prepare your application: $750
Let ELS Counsel prepare and represent you: $1900 If you choose any of these planes please proceed as under

b- If approved in ELS assessment ELS will assign a case refeence number and email the same to client with retainer agreement and terms.

c- Client to sign the retainer and forward back to our office via email or fax.

d- Once our office receives the signed retainer ELS will depute counsel for that case and counsel will send a comprehensive document check list along with required forms to client via email or fax.

e- With in specified time period client will send back via email, fax or post required documents and forms duly filled in to the best of their knowledge.

f- ELS will with in 10 to 15 business days or as the situation may arise professionally process the case / application, check for possible errors if any, validity of supporting documents as per
Immigration acts/regulations. If everything is 100% complete,

g- ELS will send the original package to client at his/her given address via registered mail.

h- Client will sign the application at marked places and mail the same to concerned Immigration Office at given address for further process.

4- What is included in this cost...?
All above steps to process the case, a certificate by ELS on letter head that this application is complete / free from errors and has been processed by an authorised immigration specialist/practitioner affiliated with ELS.
Assurance will also be provided in this certificate that if the case is refused due to error in the application and supporting documents ELS will provide FREE services to file and represent an appeal for client in designated court (IAD) (if allowed as per law for that matter). ELS will not be responsible for refusals based on fake documents or misrepresentation or misleading /confused interview by the clnt/s during this process.
One hour of FREE telephonic or online consultancy with counsel during this process.
Preparation of any affidavit or sample letters if required. Will keep electronic copy of entire case in ELS data base until decision of case. Free Guidance via email on how to land in Canada if approve. Free written instructions how to act during application process. Guide how to and from where to get certain required supporting document.

5-What is not included in this cost / service...?
ELS will not represent client (No form 5476E) (this is available for an additional cost of US$ 500 and ELS will  represent/reply/answer questions and receive all correspondences from Immigration office/officer/Visa office directly / train for possible interview if any , responsible for all A to Z steps until the decision of the case.)

ElS will not provide updates on the case while it is pending with Visa Office, no responsibility on visa office processing times or other schedules.

6- How and when to pay the fee...?
Fees are paid as per terms mentioned in retainer agreement. Client can pay safely/securely online from our website by using their credit cards, send money orders or certify checks by mail, personal checks (process will start upon clearance of personal check), cash by visiting our office, direct deposit to our company account.
ELS will provide payment options at the time of case reference number issuance.
FEES are non refund able.

7- What if there is any dispute during this process...?
Disputes and disagreements are settled as per terms of retainer agreement.

8-Are there any other hidden costs other than this fee...?
NO. There is no other hidden fee (faxes, necessary copies, regular mail, secratarial charges, lawyer/consultant's fees all are included in this cost). Any other special request may be charged with prior approval from client if required.

Step-ESend back all required supporting documents via e-mail, fax or courier.

Step-FAllow ELS counsel 7 to 10 Business days to process your case. ELS counsel will                                             contact client if required for any question or completion of application.

Step-GELS will send original complete application along with detailed instruction and ELS                                      authentication certificate back to client for signatures and submission to concerned                                       visa office.

Step-HClient will mail application and wait for decision / further process.
